His proposal laid everything out to assist me in my future planning by knowing what my total costs would amount to. His local market experience gave me confidence in his ability to promote my property in a way that suited me. Not needing to pay for advertising costs at all, especially up front, appealed to me too. I was very impressed with his internet ad and obviously it worked as he had a contact for me in two days.

When we bought this house 9 years ago, Kellie was the agent who sold it to us! We liked her then, so it was an easy choice to ask her to sell the same house. We have been very happy with the help and advice she has given us throughout the whole sale process.

Kellie was great to get on with, was always contactable, and kept us up to date whenever necessary. Kellie managed to coordinate inspections, so that several parties were booked to go through the house one after another. This meant less work required by us to tidy up, and vacate the house. And when one contract fell over, Kellie had another buyer lined up straight away.
